Pink Berry Distraction

I'm not sure how many of you out there know that I moonlight as a graphic/web designer. Lately I've had more projects than I can shake a stick at and so for a time I hadn't had the time to sit down and shoot, paint, or draw. Upon my return everything seemed to change. My color pallet went bolder, darker, more saturated, and everything has taken on an almost painted appearance. I'm really enjoying the change and kind of see it as a bit of a toss back to my history as a painter.
Because photography as a finished art for me is so new, every time my work takes a sudden twist or turn I'm fascinated by this learning and growing phase I appear to be in. Here's to new directions and new distractions - I hope there will be plenty more in the coming months.
